LEGOLAND Florida – Adventure Around Every Corner

Floating high above LEGOLAND in the Island of the Sky attraction, guests have a birds-eye view of the many opportunities below to explore on their LEGOLAND adventure. Featuring 150 acres of interactive fun for families and catering to children 2-12 years old, LEGOLAND brings more than 50 rides, shows and attractions, as well as a waterpark to fill your day with Lego fun!

“Everything is Awesome” music sets the stage as guests walk through the gates and are greeted by a world of color and creativity. From the youngest child, who will thoroughly enjoy the Duplo oversized block-themed attractions, to the more experienced Lego builder who will be amazed by Mini Land featuring miniature versions of the Las Vegas Strip, Daytona Speedway, and multiple Star Wars themed scenes, LEGOLAND offers a unique offering of traditional theme park rides, to interactive hands-on building experiences along with live shows.

More advanced LEGO enthusiasts will definitely enjoy Imagination Zone, where kids can visit the Build and Test attraction and race cars against other builders, comparing their creations to their peers. LEGO Mindstorms offers classes for kids 7-13 who sign up for 45-minute sessions to build and test robots in a series of challenges.

Visiting during the holiday season makes for more bricktastic fun as guests can see a 30-foot tall LEGO Christmas tree made of 270,000 Lego bricks, a life-size Lego Santa, reindeer and sleigh, as well as other festive decorations. LEGO Santa and Toy Soldier will also be making appearances for family photo opportunities.

And, don’t forget to celebrate New Year’s Eve LEGOland style, when the giant LEGO brick drops at a kid friendly midnight hour (KST – Kit Standard Time) of 7pm. Enjoy fireworks and a dance party to ring in the New Year!

Frequent Florida Resident visitors to the theme park should check out the Awesome Pass for unlimited visits to LEGOLAND Florida or the Awesomer Pass which includes not only the LEGOLAND Florida theme park and water park, but also admission to the Orlando Eye, SEA LIFE Orlando and Madame Tussauds Orlando.
